deposit is recommended for guarantee of the reservation. The
reservation must be guaranteed with the payment by bank’s transfer.
The full payment will be required before August 15th,
2008.
Reservation for
Hotels :
The Organizing Committee of the AAR Meeting 2008 has
designated Vietnam Tourism Inc. as the AAR 2008 Housing Bureau .
The reservation for the above hotels should be made through
Vietnam Tourism Inc. at the congress website.
Changes or cancelation policy :
The above hotel reservation conditions apply to all the hotels on
the list except MELIA hotel and HILTON hotel which have the folowing
specific booking conditions:

Booking form should be sent before March 15, 2008.

Non-refundable deposit of 50% total room charge is required when
the booking is confirmed.
-
After June 20, 2008, 100% of the total accommodation amount will
be charged for any cancellation or noshow.
