Call  for  Abstracts

The 14th AAR Meeting Organization Committee invites all interested individuals to submit abstracts to be presented at the Scientific Session and Scientific Exhibition. We seek research works and interesting cases in the fields of Radiology and Nuclear Medicine. Accepted abstracts will be presented in oral or poster presentation. 

 

The deadline for abstract submission is July 15, 2008

Acceptance notification will be sent by July  31, 2008

Presentor’s Acceptance Pledge August 15, 2008

 

Form of Presentation

  • Scientific Sessions are for oral presentations

  • Scientific Exhibition is for scientific posters, which will be displayed on poster panels

Abstract Submission Guideline

  1. All abstracts must be submitted via the congress email address VSRNM@radiology.com.vn .

  2. The abstract should be typed in English.

  3. The abstract for scientific session and scientific exhibition should be less than 250 words not including titles, author’s name and affiliations. The title of abstracts should be less than 250 characters, acronyms should be written in capitals

  4. Presenting’s author name is underlined. Only up to 6 authors including an abstract submission will be listed . Tables and images are NOT allowed .

  5. Upon acceptance of the abstract, presenting authors are expected to register and to present their abstracts at Scientific Session and Scientific Exhibition. Abstracts will be published in the Congress abstract book only if the presenting authors is registered with full payment by July 31, 2008
